Once a rural farm town, Selbyville has grown in size as housing options expand westward from Fenwick Island and the northern stretch of Ocean City, Maryland. Located just four miles from the beach on the west side of Assawoman Bay, Selbyville is filled with new construction communities including the popular Bayside Resort.
